Hotel valuation and management consultancy HVS London has announced that associate directors Arlett Oehmichen and Sophie Perret are to be appointed directors of the company.
Arlett Oehmichen joined HVS in 2006 from Westmont Hospitality. She is a graduate of Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and Universidad de Cordoba, Spain, and recently completed an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance at the Henley Business School, Reading University.
Oehmichen has conducted numerous hotel feasibility studies and valuations throughout Europe, including several mixed-use resort properties. She divides her working time between the company’s London and Bahamas offices, given her extensive resort experience.
Sophie Perret joined the Madrid office of HVS in 2003 before transferring to London in 2006. She is a graduate of Ateneo de Estudios Terciarios in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and received her MBA from IMHI-Essec in Paris. She is scheduled to complete an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance at the Henley Business School, Reading University, later this year.
Perret is responsible for hotel feasibility studies and valuations throughout Europe with a particular focus on France and Africa.
